Workplace Violence Guidance for Managers: Training Presentation

Summary

This is a presentation to provide training to managers regarding workplace violence. While there is no specific federal mandate for this training, knowledgeable workplaces are offering it to managers and employees alike, partly to ensure compliance with the General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act), and partly to educate their workforces on how to protect and support employees from violence, both from inside and outside of the company.
