This precedent is a will made in contemplation of a planned marriage to the testator's fiancé(e) declaring that the will be in full force and effect whether or not the marriage to the fiancé(e) is solemnized. The trustee powers that are shown in this will are not exhaustive as to the powers that may be used or may be needed under specific circumstances. For any client with substantial or varied assets, many additional trustee powers clauses may be necessary and advisable.
