Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP)

Summary

This practice note discusses the Wage Earner Protection Program Act, S.C. 2005, c. 47, s. 1, (the "Act") which establishes the Wage Earner Protection Program ("WEPP") that provides compensation to certain employees who lose their employment in certain types of insolvency proceedings.
