WARN Notice to Affected Non-union Employees
Summary
This template is a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Act Notice (WARN) to Affected Non-union Employees that is for use in giving notice of plant closings or mass layoffs. It contains practical guidance, drafting notes, alternate clauses, and optional clauses. This template is intended for private employers. It is based on federal law and does not address all potential state law distinctions; thus, applicable state laws dealing with plant closings and/or mass layoffs should be consulted as those state laws may have different notice requirements.
