Trademark Goods and Services Identifications for Mobile Devices and Accessories

Summary

This chart provides guidance on preparing an identification of goods and/or services for trademark applications for mobile devices and accessories, including mobile phones, tablets, cases, screen protectors, chargers, and more. The United States uses the international classes established in the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks (Nice Classification) published annually by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as the classes for its trademark applications. The NICE Classification also includes the Alphabetical List of goods and services which provides guidance concerning classification of particular goods and services.
