Trade Secret and Confidential Information Protection and Restrictive Covenants: Training Presentation

Summary

This is a presentation to train managers and certain employees (including HR and compliance employees and in-house counsel who don’t have expertise in trade secret / confidential information protection and/or restrictive covenant law) about the protection of employers’ trade secrets and other proprietary/confidential information and restrictive covenants. The presentation describes steps employers should take and consider taking with respect to employees, pre-hiring, during employment, and at the cessation of employment.
