Summary

These are examples of aggregation endorsements (also known as "tie-in endorsements") offered by First American Title Insurance Company and based on the American Land Title Association (ALTA) forms. These endorsements are only available in connection with a loan policy. These endorsements may be used where mortgages affect parcels in different counties or parishes and are recorded for the full amount of the mortgage. The aggregation endorsements allow the title insurer to issue separate policies for lesser amounts and tie the policies together so the insured may take advantage of increases in value of particular parcels in the event of a loss.
