Summary

This testimonial/endorsement release template provides a company with permission to use an individual's endorsement of the company, its products, and/or its services for marketing, advertising, and other business purposes. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. The individual completing this template is required to attest to the veracity of the individual’s opinions and beliefs and releases the company from liability for its use of the testimonial or endorsement.
