TSX Filing Requirements

This practice note provides an overview of the process of filing documents with the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). It describes what documents need to be filed with the TSX, timing requirements for filing, and options for filing, including a description of TMX LINX, the TSX's new replacement for TSX SecureFile®. It briefly discusses the difference between the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + ("SEDAR+") and TMX LINX, through which non-TSX forms or documents may be filed with TSX.
