Summary

This tracker summarizes decisions where a debtor in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case has elected to proceed under Subchapter V (or has attempted to convert its case and/or amend its petition to proceed under Subchapter V). The Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA) became effective on February 29, 2020, and it created a new bankruptcy option under Chapter 11, known as Subchapter V, which allows small business debtors to address their outstanding liabilities in a fast and efficient, modified Chapter 11 proceeding.
