Summary

This survey covers states that have laws concerning harassment (including sexual harassment) and discrimination protections in non-disclosure (i.e., confidentiality), settlement, arbitration, and no-rehire agreements that have arisen out of the #MeToo movement. It is intended for private employers and does not include laws applicable solely to public employers.
