Security Patrol Services Agreement

Summary

This template is a security patrol services agreement between a private patrol operator and a client, pursuant to which the client contracts the former to provide regular patrol protection of the client's property. This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate clauses. Private patrol operators are hired to provide guards or patrol personnel to protect persons or property or to prevent the theft, unlawful taking, loss, embezzlement, misappropriation, or concealment of goods, money, securities, documents, or property of any kind.
