Scrutineers' Report on Election of Directors (Long Form) (CNCA)

This precedent is a long-form scrutineer's report on the results of an election of the directors of a federal non-profit corporation, detailing the votes cast for candidates. A scrutineer's duties include reporting on attendance, and collecting, examining and tabulating proxies and reporting the results.
