Sales Order Confirmation


Summary

This precedent is a sales order confirmation provided by a seller in response to a buyer's purchase order for a sale of goods transaction. This precedent contains practical guidance, drafting notes and an optional clause. A sales order confirmation provides a buyer with verification that its purchase order was received by the seller. It also sets forth the buyer's order in sufficient detail to enable the buyer to confirm the information for accuracy.
