This checklist identifies key issues and questions to consider for providing consumers with the ability to opt-out of the sale of their personal information in compliance with Nevada's data privacy law, Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 603A.340. Under section 603A.340, consumers have a statutory right, at any time, to direct a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer's personal information.
