This checklist sets out several issues to consider in determining whether to commence restructuring proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36 ("CCAA"), or the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.
