Restrictive Covenants and Confidential Information Protection

This practice note addresses steps employers can take to protect their confidential information. Specifically, the practice note discusses two types of restrictive covenants (nondisclosure and noncompetition) that employers can include in agreements with their employees and certain third parties, and the means by which employers can enforce such agreements and otherwise stop or prevent disclosure of confidential information.
