Summary

This template is a reseller agreement that is used when a manufacturer, supplier, or seller of goods is selling its products to another party who is not the ultimate end-user of the product but, rather, will resell the products to consumers. This template includes practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate and optional clauses. The agreement will govern the parties' relationship and contains the general terms and conditions under which the reseller will acquire and sell the supplier's products.
