Request for Particulars (AB)


Summary

This precedent is a standard request for particulars that can be used to request further details about the opposing party's pleadings, pursuant to r. 3.61(1) of the Alberta Rules of Court, Alta Reg. 124/2010 ("Rules"). This precedent includes drafting notes, optional clauses, and practical guidance.
