This template contains pricing and fees clauses that provide variations for pricing and fees terms in a commercial contract. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. It is not necessary to establish a price in the contract. Unlike the quantity term, an open price term is not fatal to the existence of a valid contract in order for the contract to be legally enforceable.
