Summary

This practice note describes the regulation of pre-incorporation contracts under s. 15 of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, S.C. 2009, c. 23. It explains the obligation of the person who entered the contact, as well as what occurs when the contract is adopted or ratified by the corporation.
