Photograph Release for Employees

Summary

This photo release template allows an employee to authorize an employer to use a photograph, recording, or video of the employee's image or voice. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. The release includes a release of all legal claims associated with the employee's consent to use their image or voice in photos, videos, or recordings. Broad releases are enforceable provided they clearly embody the good faith intent of the Parties.
