These parking clauses are for use in an office lease agreement. These clauses include practical guidance, drafting notes, and alternate and optional clauses. Depending on the market, parking provisions may be heavily negotiated. It is therefore important for the parties to be aware of the parking available at the office building and any parking concerns specific to the property. Depending on the specific property and the landlord's relationships with adjoining property owners, parking may be made available to the tenant on property owned by the landlord or on an adjoining property owned and/or managed by a third party.
