This template is a paid time off (PTO) policy for use by Connecticut employers. This policy grants employees paid time off from work for a variety of reasons in lieu of an individual vacation policy, sick leave policy, or personal leave policy. This template is intended for private employers and may be included in an employee handbook or distributed as a standalone policy.
