This policy addresses employees' entitlement to paid sick leave and safe time (i.e., certain actions to deal with or increase safety from domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking) under the Los Angeles Minimum Wage Ordinance (City of Los Angeles) and the California Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act.
