This template is a paid sick leave policy that governs employees' entitlement to sick leave in Kentucky. It contains practical guidance and drafting notes. Kentucky does not require private sector employers to provide employees with sick leave, but Kentucky has sick leave requirements for public sector employers. 101 Ky. Admin. Regs. 2:102, § 2; 101 Ky.
