Summary

This precedent is a court order attributing sole guardianship and all parental responsibilities to one party. On May 17, 2021, the new Provincial Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 120/2020 came into force, replacing the Provincial Court (Family) Rules, B.C. Reg. 417/98, with the exception of Division 5 of Part 9 of the new Rules, which came into force on May 16, 2022. The form of this document uses the Order – General (Form 44) under the new Provincial Court Family Rules.
