Summary

This precedent is a standard draft order for a 14B motion that can be used by a moving party seeking common 14B motion orders (i.e., extensions of timelines for filing of material, file material without the need for certain documents/information and the issuance of orders on consent such as when matters are settled) in a proceeding before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
