Summary
HOLDINGS: [1]-Pursuant to the decision in Oklahoma Call for Reproductive Justice v. Drummond finding an inherent right of a pregnant woman to terminate a pregnancy when necessary to preserve her life, the court found S.B. 1503 and H.B. 4327 unconstitutional; [2]-S.B.1503 provided even more extreme language then the statute found unconstitutional in Oklahoma Call for Reproductive Justice v. Drummond, and as such, under stare decisis the court had to find S.B. 1503 unconstitutional, and H.B. 4327 used identical language as the statute in question in Oklahoma Call for Reproductive Justice v. Drummond, so pursuant to stare decisis, the court had to find it unconstitutional.
