Notice of Termination


Summary

This notice of termination letter can be used by a party to a commercial contract to provide notice to the other party that it is terminating their agreement. The template includes different clauses that provide notice of termination based upon different grounds, such as breach of contract, convenience, and insolvency. Providing proper notice of termination is critical, as a party's ability to effectively end the agreement may be delayed or even forfeited by a failure to give timely and proper notice.
