Notice of Right to Lien Chart (Construction Lien) (OR)

Summary

This chart identifies when a potential construction lien claimant in Oregon must provide a notice of right to lien to a property owner and / or mortgage holder on the property. As set forth in the chart, the status of the lien claimant, the type of project, and the type of work dictate when and to whom a notice of right to a lien must be sent. See Or. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 87.021 and § 87.025.
