Summary
This precedent is a standard Notice of Application for Judicial Review to the Divisional Court in Ontario in accordance with the Judicial Review Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. J-1 ("JRPA") and the Rules of Civil Procedure, R.R.O. 1990, Reg 194 . This precedent includes practical guidance and drafting notes. Judicial review is the process employed by the courts to ensure that the decisions of administrative bodies are fair, reasonable, and lawful (see: Ontario Superior Court of Justice Guide to Judicial Review in Divisional Court at p. 1 ("Guide").
