Notice of Application Drafting Checklist (BC)

Summary

This checklist sets out the information that must be included in a notice of application pursuant to the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009 ("Rules"). In addition to preparing the notice of application itself, the applicant must provide the registry with an application record. The application record must be filed with the registry no later than 4:00 p.m. on the business day that is 1 full business day before the date set for the hearing (Rules, r. 8-1(15)).
