Summary

This precedent is a standard Notice of Application brought under the British Columbia Land Title Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 250 ("Land Title Act"), for an order to cancel a registered Certificate of Pending Litigation ("CPL") against real property. This precedent has been prepared in accordance with Notice of Application (Form 32) (BC) of the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009 ("Rules"), and includes practical guidance, drafting notes and alternate clauses. An application to the court may be brought by Notice of Application (Form 32) (BC).
