This Notice of Adjourned Meeting of Board of Directors template is for use by the board of directors of a California corporation. This template includes practical guidance and drafting notes. Cal. Corp. Code § 307(a)(4) provides that unless otherwise provided in the articles and subject to Cal. Corp. Code § 204(a)(5), if a meeting is adjourned for more than 24 hours, notice of an adjournment to another time or place must be given prior to the time of the adjourned meeting to the directors who were not present at the time of the adjournment.
