Summary

This precedent is a non-transferable written acknowledgment to obtain a security certificate under s. 49(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-44. This precedent acknowledges the right of a security holder to obtain security certificates from a corporation in respect of the securities of that corporation held by them.
