Nasdaq All-Inclusive Annual Listing Fees Schedule

Summary

The following chart shows the 2025 annual fees charged to companies that list their securities on The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq). Effective January 1, 2018, all companies listed on Nasdaq became subject to an all-inclusive fee that substitutes one comprehensive annual fee for the variable fee structure previously in place. Effective January 1, 2025, Nasdaq raised its all-inclusive annual listing fees for companies with equity securities listed on the Nasdaq Global Select, Global, and Capital Markets.
