On November 3, 2021, the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance (Division) issued Staff Legal Bulletin No. 14L (SLB No. 14L). SLB No. 14L rescinded Staff Legal Bulletin Nos. 14I, 14J, and 14K and further provides that to the extent the views expressed in any other prior Division staff legal bulletin could be viewed as contrary to those expressed in SLB No. 14L, SLB No. 14L controls.
