Letter to Client (Request to Admit) (ON)

This precedent is a standard letter or memorandum to clients explaining the purpose and process of a Request to Admit (Form 22) in Ontario. This precedent includes practical guidance and drafting notes. A Request to Admit (Form 22) (ON) seeks to address facts, the authenticity of documents or both. If a client receives a Request to Admit or intends to send one to the opposing party, a letter or memorandum should be sent to the client explaining a Request to Admit.
