Summary

When there are multiple arrangers, this is the placement of the Lead Arranger’s name on the left side of all marketing materials relating to the Credit Facilities with respect to which it is the Lead Arranger to denote the bank which has the most prominent role in the deal. This is important when it comes to League Table Credits.
