Initial Listing Requirements Table: Cboe

Summary

This table sets out the initial listing requirements for the Cboe Canada Exchange ("Cboe"), formerly known as the Aequitas NEO Exchange. The Cboe has four different listing standards: the equity standard, the net income standard, the market value standard, and the assets and revenue standard. To be eligible for listing, corporate issuers must meet the requirements of at least one of the categories. These listing requirements are outlined in Listing Manual (the "Listing Manual").
