Indenture (High-Yield Bonds)

Summary

This is a precedent form of Indenture to be used in connection with the issuance of high-yield bonds. A high-yield bond offering is an offering of bonds having a higher risk of default than government bonds or investment grade corporate bonds. Because of the higher risk of default, these bonds pay a higher yield than investment grade bonds.
