This checklist provides guidance and suggested language to assist in negotiation of International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Model Turnkey Drilling Contracts between a drilling company and an exploration company. The IADC's forms are utilized by most onshore drilling companies and exploration companies to apportion responsibility for loss, access to the drill site, and payment issues.
