This checklist provides guidance and suggested language for negotiation of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Model Drilling Bid Proposal and Daywork Drilling Contract. The IADC provides standard drilling contract forms which are utilized by the majority of the onshore drilling companies and exploration companies to apportion responsibility for loss, access to the drill site, and payment issues.
