This information will enable a purchaser to assess the employees and contractors engaged by the target, any risks associated with such engagements, and plan for any post-closing restructurings that may be required. This list should be adapted to the circumstances of the acquisition (e.g., structure of the transaction, industry, jurisdictions, specific business, and specific employment laws applicable), including in consultation with counsel and human resources consultants.
