Summary
This housing discrimination state law survey identifies (1) protected classes not otherwise provided for under federal law, (2) procedures for and limitations to filing or advancing administrative complaints and/or civil/judicial actions, (3) administrative and/or judicial remedies and penalties for violative acts, and (4) other distinctive features under state law. This survey covers all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
