Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act Refile Letter

Summary

This letter would be used to inform the DOJ Premerger Unit and the FTC Premerger Notification Office (PNO) in writing of a buyer’s intention to refile an HSR filing. This template is used in a transaction where the parties have previously withdrawn their HSR filing. This template includes drafting notes.
