Summary

This chart sets forth the classes and corresponding class headings of the Nice Classification (an international classification of goods and services used by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office when categorizing goods and services identified in a trademark application). There are 45 classes in total: 1 through 34 cover goods, while 35 through 45 cover services. The class headings are not meant to be exclusive, but rather, provide examples of the types of goods and services found in each class.
