Summary

This tracker provides a summary chart of the Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal antitrust enforcement in the foreign military financing industry. The Foreign Military Financing Direct Commercial Contract Program (FMF) is a government program through which the U.S. provides funding to foreign governments for the purchase of military equipment and services from U.S. companies. This tracker is closed, as the government's investigation into this cartel appears to have come to an end. This tracker is archived and no longer regularly updated.
