This practice note sets out instructions to complete all sections of a Financial Statement (Property and Support Claims) (Form 13.1) and a Financial Statement (Support Claims) (Form 13) in Ontario. It offers pointers and reminders for filling in the income section of the financial statement, such as what types of income should be listed on the financial statement and how any necessary calculations should be performed, how to deal with any non-cash benefits that the client may have received and how to list their value.
